Talent Works’ SVP for North America, Jody Robie, has been awarded a STEVIE award!
Jody was awarded the bronze prize in the ‘Maverick of the Year – Business Services Industries’ category.
The STEVIE awards, created in 2002 to honor the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide, are the world’s premier business awards. All organizations operating in the U.S.A are eligible to enter the STEVIE awards. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Monday, June 13.
More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Thought Leader of the Year, and App of the Year, among others.
Jody was awarded the STEVIE awa bronze prize thanks to ‘high average scores from the judges’. She will be receiving her award at the 2022 American Business Awards event on June 13. The judges’ comments recognised Jody’s numerous achievements, including:
- ‘Putting a lot of efforts into growing the business successfully, and it’s nice to see how this is shared through Q&A talks and articles, which shows her interest in improving the overall industry rather than her own company’.
- ‘Impressive background, which is very diverse. Impactful results in a short duration.’
- ‘Great leadership in recruitment industry, which is very dynamic and was able to rise to top leadership roles including board members.’
- ‘Great initiative throughout the year and pandemic for a growth retention for North Americas Talent pool. Diversity and inclusion was her plan of action especially the success strategy that is designed to enhance the skills of high-potential women leaders and equip them with the tools they need to become successful managers and senior executives.’
